You can request deletion of your Nova account and its associated data even if you no longer have the app installed.
Email us from the Google address you used to sign in to Nova. Put “Delete my Nova account” in the subject. You do not need to send a password, recording or private conversation to make the request.
Email support to request deletionWe’ll verify that you own the account, then delete the account and its associated Nova data. We’ll explain any information that must be retained for a legal, security or dispute-related reason and confirm when the request is complete.
Disconnecting your phone or uninstalling Nova does not delete your account. Actions already completed in connected services, such as a message sent or a calendar event created, may need to be managed in those services too.
